Terms of sale
In force on 19 October 2026. The French version prevails in case of disagreement.
1. Seller
Timéo Gavaland, sole trader (French “entreprise individuelle”), trading as Tmog Studio, SIRET 939 418 661 00020, 45 rue André Bourcois Macé, 35160 Montfort-sur-Meu, France, bonjour@qrdurable.com, +33 7 67 16 74 01 (“we”). These terms apply to any purchase on qrdurable.com, by a consumer or a business.
2. Services
Free (static) QR code: the content (link, text, Wi-Fi, email, phone) is written directly into the code. It is created in your browser, does not go through our servers and cannot be switched off by us. It is free, with no account.
Editable QR code: the code holds a short link qrdurable.com/r/…. Depending on the content chosen (website, PDF, image, video, business card, multiple links, social media, WhatsApp, Wi-Fi, location, email, SMS, phone, feedback, app link, payment, text), a scan redirects to an address or opens a page hosted by QR Durable. You can change the content, name and design from your account, and see scan statistics.
Design options: dot shape, corner shape, heart or round code, frame (“Scan me”…), gradient. Colours, palettes and the uploaded logo are included at no extra cost.
Files: for PDF and image content, you upload a file (10 MB max for a PDF, 6 MB for an image), kept as long as the code uses it.
3. Prices
Editable QR code: €2.99 per code. Pack of 5 editable codes: €9.90. Prices are set in euros; at checkout, Stripe may offer to pay the equivalent in your local currency at the exchange rate it shows, which then becomes the amount charged. Each design option: €1 per option and per code. A paid option stays acquired for that code: you can change it later at no extra cost. Prices are in euros, all taxes included: VAT not applicable (French CGI art. 293 B). Each price is paid once: no subscription, no renewal, no hidden fees.
4. Order and payment
You choose your code, enter your email, accept these terms and pay by card via Stripe. We never see your card details. The code is activated as soon as payment is confirmed, and an account is created with your email. Stripe sends you a receipt.
5. Duration: what “for life” means
An editable code stays live as long as QR Durable is operated, and for at least 10 years from purchase, at no extra cost. If the service had to stop after that period, we would email you at least 12 months ahead, redirects would keep working during that time, and you could export your destinations. If the service is transferred, the new owner takes over these commitments.
6. Right of withdrawal and refunds
You have 14 days after purchase to change your mind, without giving a reason: email bonjour@qrdurable.com. We refund you within 14 days using the same payment method, and the code is switched off. We keep nothing for the time the code worked.
7. Forbidden uses
You may not use a QR Durable code to lead to phishing, malware, scams, illegal content, or to impersonate another person or company. You may not upload illegal files or texts, or content you do not have the rights to. You remain responsible for what you publish; we act as a host and promptly remove manifestly illegal content reported to us. We check destinations and may switch off such a code without notice or refund. Any code can be reported to bonjour@qrdurable.com.
8. Availability and liability
We do what is needed for redirects to work at all times, but a short interruption (maintenance, hosting outage) remains possible. You remain responsible for the destination you choose and for printing the code: check it before printing in large quantities. For businesses, our liability is limited to the price paid for the code concerned. For consumers, statutory guarantees apply in full.
9. Legal guarantee of conformity
For consumers, editable codes benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (French Consumer Code, articles L224-25-1 and following). If something is wrong, contact us: we fix it or refund you.

11. Complaints and mediation
For any complaint, first email bonjour@qrdurable.com: we answer within 7 days. If the disagreement remains, a consumer may use a consumer mediator free of charge (French Consumer Code, article L612-1). Mediator: being appointed, contact details will be given here.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. A consumer may bring a case before the court of their place of residence.
