QR code for a restaurant menu
With an editable QR code, the code on your tables never changes: when the menu or prices change, just replace the PDF from your account. Guests scan and always see the right version.
How to do it, in 3 steps
- Click “Create an editable code” and choose the “PDF” content.
- Fill in the fields: the phone preview shows exactly what people who scan will see.
- Choose the design (colours and logo included), pay €2.99 once, then download your code as PNG or SVG.
Our tips
- Prepare a PDF that reads well on a phone: one column, large fonts.
- A “MENU” frame on each table clearly increases scans.
- Print at least 3 cm wide, protected from stains (laminated or under glass).
Why an editable code?
The printed code holds a short link qrdurable.com/r/…: you change what it opens whenever you want, without reprinting, and you see scans per day. €2.99 once, live for at least 10 years, no subscription. Prices are in euros: at checkout, you can pay the equivalent in your own currency (dollars, pounds…).
Questions
Can I change the menu after printing the QR codes?
Yes: upload the new PDF in your account, the code stays the same.
One code per table?
The 5-code pack (€9.90) gives you one per room or terrace, each with its own statistics.
