Questions
Does a free QR code expire?
No. The content is written directly into the code. It does not go through our servers and works even if QR Durable disappears.
What is the difference with an editable code?
An editable code holds a short link (qrdurable.com/r/…). Depending on the content you chose, it forwards to your website, opens your PDF, shows your business card… You change that content whenever you want, without reprinting, and you see the scans.
How much do designs cost?
Colours and palettes are included. So is your logo: you upload it for free. Each special option costs €1 more per code: dot shape, corner shape, heart or round code, “Scan me” frame, gradient. An option you bought stays yours: you can change it later for free.
What does “for life” mean?
Your code stays live as long as QR Durable exists, and for at least 10 years after purchase, with no renewal fees. If the service ever had to stop, you would be told at least 12 months ahead, with an export of your content.
Why is it so cheap?
Running a redirect costs almost nothing. We do not need a subscription to cover our costs.
Do hearts, round codes and frames scan well?
Yes. They use a higher error-correction level, and every design is read back automatically before purchase. Keep a dark code on a light background.
Do you know who scans my codes?
No. We count scans per day and the device type (phone, computer, tablet). No IP address, no location, no data about the person.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, on a simple email within 14 days of purchase. The code is then switched off.
Do you use artificial intelligence?
No. Code creation, redirects and statistics are done by classic programs.
