QR codes for business

The QR codes a restaurant actually needs

A restaurant can replace part of its paper with a few well-placed QR codes: the menu, the Wi-Fi, reviews. The key point: the menu changes often, while table stands are printed once. An editable code means no reprint every time the menu changes.

The menu or daily specials

Upload the menu as a PDF: when dishes or prices change, you replace the file and the table stand stays the same.

What it costs

Each editable code costs €2.99 once, with no subscription: the 5 codes above come to €14.95. Need several codes of the same type, for example one per table or window? The 5-code pack costs €9.90, or €1.98 per code, and each one keeps its own destination. Colours and your logo are included; each design option (heart, round, “Scan me” frame…) adds €1 per code. Prices are in euros: at checkout, you can pay the equivalent in your own currency.

Content that will never change (Wi-Fi with a fixed password, a permanent link)? Create it as a free QR code: static, no account, it never expires.

Questions

Should I keep a paper menu?

It is a good idea: some guests have no phone or prefer paper. In some countries, such as France, prices must also stay displayed outside: the QR code adds to that display, it does not replace it.

How many codes for 15 tables?

One menu code is enough: print it as many times as you need, they all open the same menu. Only take several codes to count scans per spot (dining room, terrace, window).

What happens when the menu changes?

You upload the new PDF in your account: every printed code shows the new menu straight away.
